Rob & Jill Sparrow

SENIOR PASTORS

For the last 20 years, Rob & Jill have fulfilled the call on their lives together to advance the Kingdom of God and help “set the captives free.” Rob and Jill firmly believe in the value of “family first” and are committed to seeing marriages and families become more firmly rooted and grounded in Godly values knowing that as the family goes, so society goes. Rob and Jill, along with their two boys, Elijah & Timothy, love God, His people, and live to “be about their Father’s business.”

Glenn & Jessica Cribbett

Glenn and Jessica have true servant's hearts and their love, encouragement and prayers to see the vision through have been vital to the growth and strength of the ministry. Along with their son Josh, they are an integral part of Integrity Church and their love for God and His people is evident in all they do!

Susanne & Jerry Ingram

CARE PASTORS

Jerry and Susanne love God and love His people and it shows in their hearts to care for the sick and those in need. There are no better care pastors than these two amazing people. Jerry and Susanne are a strength and support to the ministry and the love of Jesus they express, blesses all that know them.

John & Elaine Franco

TEACHING/PREACHING PASTOR

John and Elaine have been pastors for many years, pastoring their own church in New Jersey and now serving Integrity here in sunny Florida. John's messages of faith and healing, whether through his books or sermons are an integral part of equipping the body to be strong in the Word of God. John and Elaine are a gift to the body with their great wisdom and their example of love and devotion to the Lord

Dwight & Kim Powell

TEACHING/PREACHING PASTOR

Dwight is an amazing teacher of God's Word, bringing the Word of God alive through rich and poignant teachings. From his many years of experience in ministry and his strong and committed walk with God, Dwight has much wisdom to impart to the body of Christ. He and his wife Kim are an awesome team, reflecting the love and heart of God in all they do.

Gary & Arlene Galinos

LIFE GROUP LEADERS/HEALING STREAMS

Gary and Arlene love God and His people. The love and compassion of Jesus is seen in the way they minister to God's people. Gary and Arlene's commitment to strong relationships and their family at Integrity is an inspiration to all. Arlene also has a desire for women to experience emotional healing and freedom, and is used by the Lord as she ministers through Healing Streams prayer.

William & Jeanne Smith

WORSHIP PASTORS

William (Smitty) and Jeanne have been ministering together for 24 years. In 2003, after returning from serving in Haiti for 3 years, they began a prison ministry

called Catalyst. Many lives are touched and transformed as they and their teams regularly minister in the prisons. Smitty is an accomplished musician, and he and Jeanne, love to lead the body of Christ into God’s presence through anointed worship. Both Smitty and Jeanne have servant's hearts and are all about God's Kingdom. They are true gifts to the body of Christ.

John Dunn

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, INTEGRITY HOMES

John has been with Integrity Homes since it's inception. It all began on a ride home from church with Pastor Rob as they discussed their vision to help those struggling and needing hope. Since then, John has been committed to seeing the vision come to pass, always ready to give of his time, talent and treasure. John is "all in" for the Kingdom!
